this is my first blog post that actually has to do with site maintenance. woah
recently the weirdscifi.radiosemper.com page seems to have been taken down, which hosted the neocities.php page i used for my hit counts and last updated date. ive tried to scrape the source code of it on archive.org but to no avail! it is simply lost to time. i might make a script myself when i figure out how to fetch the neocities api stuff but i dont waaaaanaaaa. jsut something i think about
all alternative scripts use the same / similar method to the weirdscifi page and none of them seem to be working. maybe there was some api update? i dont know and i dont feel like figuring it out
it was weird to see it vanish like that but it was probably the first time i ever actually looked at the page. i guess they had taken it down before because their bandwith was being used up from hotlinks or something but idk if this has any relation
